Andy has worked in the security and customer service industry for 15 years and has dealt with many major customers on both a service and installation basis. He has extensive knowledge in BLE's own manufactured products, as well as an understanding of service contract requirements and customer needs.
Andy joined BLE in January 1994, and manages the team of service engineers, as well as carrying out quotations for small works, and maintenance.
