Chesterfield Royal Hospital
In 2001 BLE were appointed to maintain the hospitals Access Control System and since then BLE have carried out extensive additions to the Access Control System and in 2004 the hospital awarded BLE with some CCTV Contract.
The Access Control System has over 120 doors secured by the ASSA Abloy ARX Access Control System with over 25 ASSA Door Controllers.
Main entrances, exits, wards, pharmacy, residential blocks, corridors, offices and operating theatres are covered by the Access Control System. BLE have a fully comprehensive maintenance contract in place that is tailored to suit the particular requirements of Chesterfield Hospital.
BLE’s Director of Security, Nick Timm, adds that "Chesterfield Hospital is yet another hospital that has chosen BLE for its security measures and that we at BLE are very pleased to be able to offer our local hospital support, advice and of course high quality installations and ongoing maintenance".
Birmingham Childrens Hospital
In 2002 BLE were appointed to maintain the hospitals Access Control System and since then BLE have carried out extensive additions to the Access Control System and in 2006 we won the contract to install all access control, CCTV and intruder in the new burns unit.
The Access Control System has over 250 doors secured by the ASSA Abloy RiTA Access Control System with over 40 ASSA Door Controllers.
Main entrances, exits, wards, pharmacy, residential blocks, corridors, offices and operating theatres are covered by the Access Control System. BLE have a fully comprehensive maintenance contract in place that is tailored to suit the particular requirements of Birmingham childrens Hospital.
